Ball Mills Ceramic & Rubber
Rubber Engineering (Envirotech) Wear Resistant
Rubber - The use of rubber as a wear-resistant
material in mining minerals and in aggregate processing has been around for
over 30 years. It has become a preferred material for major industrial uses
because of its resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Rubber
Engineering rubber is a very efficient, economical lining material. The
compounds used are extremely elastic and have a high tensile strength.
Products that can be designed using this type of rubber include:
Mill Liners - Rubber Engineering
designs and manufactures linings for autogenous and semi-autogenous mills;
primary, secondary, and re-grind ball and rod mills.
Chute Lining - Rubber
Engineering also manufactures a chute lining that out-performs most
traditional lining materials such as steel.
R-Flex Pully Lagging
- Rubber Engineering has designed pully laggings for the aggregate and
mining industries. These pulley laggings are well suited for sliderboard
and idler supported conveyors as well as portable conveyors.
