Problem
The
formulation of scale in process equipment, such as oil coolers and heat
exchangers, increases pressure drop, requiring more pumping horsepower in
order to maintain volumetric throughput. Heat transfer surfaces will
gradually become fouled and thermal efficiencies will decrease. Pieces of
scale attach themselves to rotating equipment.
Solution:
PES 400 is a water based
solvent containing wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors and degreasing
compounds. It is designed to penetrate and remove encrusted lime scale,
rust, corrosion products and dirt from water-wetted surfaces in process
equipment, in commercial as well as industrial applications. PES 400
changes from a pale yellow to a vivid bluish-purple color when it is spent,
and a pleasant citrus fragrance masks the normal odor associated with
dissolving water scale and corrosion.
Problem
Oil and
dirt buildup on walls, floors, conveyors, engine motors, cooling
coils, pipes and machinery, vinyl, rubber and plastic parts.
Solution:
PES 420 is a powerful,
environmentally safe water based industrial strength cleaner and degreaser
that is safe for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. PES 420
utilizes the latest technology in synthetic detergents and
anti-redeposition agents to provide a non-caustic, low PH, all purpose
cleaner.
Problem
The
formulation of lime scale and corrosion on equipment that contains aluminum
that cannot be safely cleaned with other scale removing compounds.
Solution:
PES 430 is a water based
chemically formulated cleaner designed to safely clean lime scale and
corrosion.
PES 430 is non-corrosive and will not affect the following:
aluminum,
stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, admiralty metal, copper, iron, lead,
PVC plastic, polyethylene, rubber, leather, and most other materials found
in water-wetted equipment. PES 430 is not recommended for use on galvanized steel, zinc, or alloys of
magnesium.
Problem
Compressor downtime due to varnish and carbon buildup, increased energy
consumption, reduced compressor capacity, and shortened separator life.
Solution:
PES 500 not only
dissolves the varnish and shellac build-up, but dissolves carbon as well.
PES REPAIR
COMPOUNDS are specially designed adhesives with excellent temperature,
chemical, and wear resistance.
PES 100 - Medium
temperature tile adhesive good to 350 degrees.
PES 150 - High
temperature tile adhesive good to 500+ degrees.
