Valves
Valves need to operate reliably,
continuously, and with little maintenance. Once installed, a
sheared stem, leaking body gasket or a worn seal is costly and time
consuming to repair. The key is in producing a valve that is both
durable and reliable. With that in mind, PES proudly represents and
distributes the following type of valves.
ABZ HIGH PERFORMANCE BUTTERFLY
VALVES
A 100% American made
resilient seated butterfly valve. Direct mount actuation and a full
line of automation accessories make this valve an excellent choice.
Whether the application is chemical, food related, or general
purpose, ABZ has a valve specifically designed to meet your needs.
ABZ valves are designed for complete adaptability to utilize
various actuators for throttling. They may be used with handles,
gear operators, pneumatic or electronic operators. As requirements
change or the demand arises, actuators can be changed without
changing the valve.
ITT FABRI VALVES
Fabri designs and builds a variety of valves including knife gate
valves, butterfly valves, and wedge gate valves. Sizes range from
2" to 96". Fabri uses 3 basic construction types: fabricated,
lined, and cast. They use 4 basic materials: 304, 316, and 317L
stainless steel, and ductile iron. Fabri does build special alloy
valves, and their capabilities cover virtually all weldable alloys.
Unique products include reinforced vinylester lined knife gate
valves, patented pop in polyurethane seats, ductile iron unibody
knife gate valves, and all stainless steel knife gate valves with
one piece integrally cast body, flanges and chest.
COPELAND METAL SEATED BALL VALVES
All Copeland Ball Valves are designed for severe service conditions
and include hard surfaced sealing areas, floating ball design, and
redundant packing gland bolting. Valves have been designed using a
variety of recent advances in severe service ball valve technology
as well as Copeland's popular thermal spray overlays. Special
features vary depending upon size, service and pressure class.
COOPER CAMERON VALVES
Cooper Cameron is a leading
provider of valves and related systems primarily used to control
pressures and direct oil and gas as they are moved through flow
lines to destination for processing. Cameron, W-K-M and Demco
valves are available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 60" in a wide
range of ANSI working classes and API pressures. Included are
Cameron ball valves & W-K-M DynaSeal ball valves with operating
temperatures varying from -50F to 600F; Cameron and W-K-M gate
valves operating over a variety of pressures; Demco gate valves in
various classes and pressures; Demco butterfly valves; W-K-M
DynaCentric high performance butterfly valves; and Cameron Hi-Lo
Trip Mechanical Pilot Emergency Shutdown Valve.
Numerous other types of valves are available including cast and
forged ball, gate, globe, and check valves. Whether you know what type of valve you need, or you need technical advice on what
type of valve you need, PES can help. Give our valve experts a call.
